In addition to our regular monthly meetings, the members are invited to participate in the following conferences:

DISTRICT MEETING - annual meeting in March of all the WMS circles within the Charleston District. Hosting of this meeting rotates among the various churches.

RETREAT - annual meeting of all the WMS circles in the Eastern Conference. This is a three day retreat with guest speakers held at one of the resorts in Myrtle Beach, usually in the beginning of September.

COUNCIL RETREAT - every 4 years, the WMS holds a 3-day council meeting, with guest speakers, usually at Shoco Springs in Talladega, AL. All members are invited to attend.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE - annual meeting of all the churches in the Eastern Conference. Location rotates among the various churches. The delegates, and other members, participate in a WMS break-out session in which the various districts submit their reports for the year ending, elect conference officers for the coming year, and discuss upcoming Eastern Conference WMS projects which all local chapters participate in.
