Dear Fellow Christians,

What a joy and privilege for me to seve as pastor at First Southern Methodist Church of North Charleston. The Lord has truly blessed us at "First Church." We are all members of the family of God and I feel that you are all part of my family as we pray, work, and share together.

Our doors are open to all who would enter to worship and praise our Lord and Savior or to seek the peace that only He can provide.

We are a Bible-Believing church. We preach and teach the Word of God as contained in His Holy Scriptures.

When we put God first in our life, others second, and ourselves last, then we truly will know JOY. My prayer each day for you is that you will know the real joy that comes from serving Jesus.

Jesus gave us two great commandments (these are not suggestions!) and they were "to love your neighbor as yourself" and "to go into all the world and peach the gospel." Let us seek to obey these commandments and so fulfill the law of Christ.
